MUDDY PAWS - Pet Grooming by Colleen Mathis; CG
About me
I have been a groomer/stylist for over twenty years. I became fully certified in 2005 through JKL Training Academy. I am also a registered member of the NDGAA.

I have prior experience as a Surgical Veterinary Technician for an animal hospital, leaving there to become an Animal Cruelty Investigator for a county chapter of the NJSPCA.
After several rewarding years with the SPCA, gaining experience in both humane law enforcement and grooming shelter dogs, I left to pursue a career in  Police Communications. First working with the Washington Township Police Department, and continuing with the Gloucester County Office of Emergency Response.

I have decided that now is the time to retire, and focus on my passion for animals and their care. I have opened a small and intimate pet spa, which offers a calming, tranquil atmosphere for even the most frightened or anxious pets.
I care for all of my furry clients myself, and grooming sessions are normally finished in under 2 hours.

I have extensive experience grooming cats, as well as geriatric and special needs pets. I welcome all pets, in all conditions.
My goal is to turn your pet's experience from one of anxiety, to a trip he or she may actually begin looking forward too and enjoy!

By appointment.
Day, Evening, and Weekend appointments are available.
The purity of a person's heart can be quickly measured by how they regard animals.
